The Balderton team has just released this useful playbook on B2B sales. It’s a handy collection of well tested best practices, and it offers a comprehensive view of issues faced by SaaS sales teams. I particularly like the sections on how to structure and compensate sales teams and the advice on early global expansion. There are also plenty references to great blogs run by specialists, such as For entrepreneurs- by David Skok, which I have referred to a number of times in previous posts on SaaS metrics.
An interesting read and a good reference for building sales teams and growing your SaaS business.
